HB302 HFA Pushkin and Fleischauer 7-27

            Delegates Pushkin and Fleischauer moves to amend H.B.302 on pages 20 and 21 by striking out the provisions of §61-2-8 in their entirety, and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

Ҥ1. Repeal of section creating a crime to intentionally cause an abortion or miscarriage.

That §61-2-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be repealed.”
